Victoria Perry

Victoria Perry joined Fortune, Beard, Arnold, & Arnold, LLP in 2025 as an Intern/Law Clerk. Victoria earned her Bachelor’s degree in Law and Justice from Auburn University in May 2024. Victoria is currently in her second year of pursuing her Juris Doctor at Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. She is anticipated to graduate in May 2027, and take the Alabama Bar Examination in July 2027. Following her successful completion of the examination, Mrs. Perry will be an Associate Attorney for Fortune, Beard, Arnold, & Arnold, LLP.

Victoria graduated from Shelby County High School in May 2020, before she attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham. After her first year at UAB, Victoria transferred from UAB to Auburn University. Victoria is published in the 2023-2024 Undergraduate Law Review at Auburn University for her moot court paper, “Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo.”

During her time in law school, Victoria has been very active in her school organizations. Victoria served as President of the First-Generation Law Students from 2025-2026, Executive Justice for the Moot Court Board 2025-2026, and Treasurer for the Florida Student Bar Association 2026-2027. She is a member of both the Florida and Alabama Student Bar Associations. She has also gained experience from working throughout her education. Victoria interned with the Jefferson County Public Defense Office in Summer of 2025, as well as with the Shelby County Public Defense Office in the Fall of 2025. After her internships, Victoria joined Fortune, Beard, Arnold, & Arnold as a law clerk in October of 2025. Victoria has developed an interest in criminal defense, probate administration, personal injury, immigration, and appeals.

Outside of the office, Victoria enjoys spending her time working on her latest knitting or sewing project(s). The perfect night out is, well, a night in with her husband and two cats.
